We have been retained by a client to explore the potential sale of a small development site in Lower Eggleton, Ledbury.

The site benefits from detailed planning consent for three detached, four-bedroom homes, with a combined floor area of approximately 5,000 sq ft and an estimated GDV of £1.65–£1.7 million. 

In addition, there is scope for an additional plot with planning permission for a substantial three-bedroom dwelling of around 1,650 sq ft. Construction has already commenced, with the garage completed, all services connected, and footings in place. All works have been inspected and approved under local regulations.
